President provides a range of accommodation and hostels for any budget or needs. There are a range of accommodation unit’s rights next to the college facility and ones that are a few stops away from the LRT which is right next to the college. All units are safe and secure with accessible paths. Please book early as the best units are taken up quite fast.

President has units of its own and ones that are arranged directly through third party providers. Please consult our admission department for full information to this regard.

There are three basic categories of accommodation units available differentiated by their location and amenities.

High Range

The high range units are luxury condominiums located in one of the most expensive parts of the city adjacent to Kenny Hills. The posh settings provide students with an excellent environment to study and succeed. The condo units are also right next to the college facility and thus students only have to walk a short distance t get to the college or a range of supermarkets and restaurants for their food.

Mid Range

The Mid range condominium units are equipped with many of the facilities provided in the high range but they are not adjacent to the college. Some are a five to seven minute walk away and other is one to two stops away [circa 5 – 7 minutes] via the LRT. Students often finish their class session at President before sundown thus there is no need to travel at night. The college facility has a full range supermarket nearby for all groceries and other needs.

Budget Range

Budget range condominiums are safe and secure but students must be careful around the areas especially because there is a need to walk in order to access public transportation. This however is the same risk prevalent anywhere thus usual precautions are adequate. The condominiums are not in a dangerous part of town but as always precaution is necessary anywhere these days. There are limitations in terms of facilities provided but students may leverage the colleges facilities where necessary and focus on revision when reaching home. Some added expenses should be added on for travelling but not too much as public transportation has a reasonable cost in the city. Classes finish before sundown allowing students even in the furthest condominium unit to reach home before sundown. We have adjusted our timings to ensure this.
