As a part of the skills development component of education 360 the strength of our links with the industry is crucial to the development of our students.  We arrange for our students to go through a period of attachments and internships at least once in their academic life at President. The attachments are tailored with our partners to ensure that the student develops in a manner that is vital for the career option chosen by the student. For example a student opting for a biotechnology degree many intern at FELCRA while his classmate opting for a medical degree goes to Sentosa Hospital even though they are in the same Foundation in Science class.

All internships and attachments are personal at President. This means that the student is given individual attention during the internship period.  Our system of attachment also ensures that our students intern with a mentor and not the company as a whole to make sure that they learn only from the experts or the best.

The Academic development Unit at President coordinates the internships and attachments for students and are able to customize the activities according to the students development goals.
