This handbook is designed to help you find your way around the College. When you register as a student at President you become entitled to use the facilities and services that the College provides; you also agree to abide by its rules and regulations. This handbook provides you with a comprehensive guide to those services and facilities and to the regulations that you have agreed to abide by.

The handbook is produced annually. The vast majority of services are available to all students, but any exceptions or differences are clearly stated in the appropriate section. The handbook does not contain everything of relevance to you, and you should be familiar with the other publications mentioned in the text, particularly any handbook issued to you by your School/Department.
